Job Demands – Detailed description of physical and environmental demands of each unique job, including respirator types and conditions.
Medical History – Online questionnaire using OSHA prescribed question set.
Worker and PCP Interviews – Follow-up telephone interviews by a HealthForce physician with the worker and their PCP as necessary.
Examinations and Testing – Additional examination and testing prescribed by a HealthForce physician as necessary.
Clearance Letter – Written opinion by a HealthForce physician indicating whether the worker is medically able to use the specified respirator and whether there are any limitations or restrictions on respirator use related to the medical condition of the worker or the workplace conditions.
Medical Records – Record of job demands, questionnaire, examination and test results, provider analysis, and clearance letter all held by custodian for the benefit of the employer and made available to the worker.
Expiration Tracking – Continuous reporting on expiring clearances.
