Audiometric Testing – Baseline and periodic tests performed by mobile testing teams or at network clinics by CAOHC-certified testing personnel.
Annual On-Site Training – On-site training on effects of noise on hearing and the use of hearing protection devices.
Audio History Forms – Detailed history for use by audiologist in shift determinations.
Re-Test Management – Coordination of re-testing for workers with a potential standard threshold shift (STS).
Report to Employee – Copy of audiometric test result provided to worker at the time of test.
Test Reports to Employer – Report of workers with a potential STS in need of re-testing.
Annual Report to Employer – Report of all individual tests, re-test summary, STS notification letters for workers, recordable shifts, and line-outs.
Audiologist Oversight – All testing data reviewed by a licensed audiologist.
Medical Records – Records of every test and audiologist review and reporting maintained in accordance with OSHA regulations and available to employer on MyHealthForce (subject to HIPAA authorization where applicable).
Cases opened in seconds (or automatically with optional integration).
Concierge support staff coordinates scheduling of tests and retests at clinics or on-site.
