Bothell, Wash. (December 31, 2002) - Locally headquartered HealthForce Partners, Inc. and Dr. Randal Franke today announced the sale of the Paine Field Occupational Medicine Clinic to HealthForce Partners.

Following the acquisition, HealthForce Partners will employ the current Paine Field clinic staff. HealthForce Partners' Siemering says that the Paine Field Clinic will enhance the scope and geographic reach of HealthForce Partners' services.
